These Terms govern access to and use of Juwazi. The Digitalzooks entity named in your order, invoice or separate agreement provides the service. If none is named, contact us before paid use to confirm the contracting entity.
1. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. If you use Juwazi for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Permitted use
You may use Juwazi for lawful assessment-related purposes and in accordance with your plan or agreement. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, probe or gain unauthorized access to the service; introduce harmful code; infringe another person’s rights; facilitate cheating; or use the service unlawfully or discriminatorily.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for assessment content, candidate notices and consents, access permissions, identity and integrity procedures, and decisions made using results. Juwazi is a decision-support tool. Digitalzooks does not make admissions, employment, licensing or other eligibility decisions for you. You remain responsible for applicable education, employment, professional, privacy and anti-discrimination requirements.
4. Customer content and data
You retain rights in assessment content and data you submit. You grant Digitalzooks the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up and display that content to provide and secure Juwazi. You confirm that you have authority to provide the content and data.
5. Juwazi intellectual property
Juwazi, its software, interfaces, branding, documentation and service improvements belong to Digitalzooks or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service, no rights are transferred to you.
6. Fees and changes
Fees, payment timing, subscription periods and usage limits are set out in the applicable order or plan. We may evolve the service and may update plans or pricing prospectively, with notice where required.
7. Availability and support
We work to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, security events, internet conditions, third-party services and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect access.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, address security risk, respond to unlawful use, enforce payment obligations or comply with law. Either party may terminate as allowed by the applicable plan or agreement. Data handling after termination follows the agreement, our retention practices and applicable law.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Juwazi is provided without warranties not expressly stated in an applicable agreement. Digitalzooks is not responsible for customer assessment design, candidate conduct or decisions based on results. Liability limitations, where applicable, will be interpreted only to the extent permitted by law and may be further defined in an order or separate agreement.
10. Governing terms
Any order, data processing addendum or separately signed agreement takes precedence over conflicting provisions in these Terms. The governing law and dispute forum, where needed, will be stated in the agreement with the applicable Digitalzooks entity; this page does not assign one jurisdiction to every customer.
